OH NO, TRAINS! does not directly collect, transmit, or store personal information on servers operated by the developer.

The game does not require you to create an account and does not request access to contacts, photos, camera, microphone, location, health information, or other sensitive personal data.

2. Game data stored on your device

The game stores certain information locally on your device so that it can remember your game state and preferences. This can include your current level, scores, retries, collected carriages, the current puzzle state, remaining time, and your music preference.

This information is used only to provide the game's save, resume, scoring, and settings features. It is not sent to the developer.

3. Advertising and analytics

OH NO, TRAINS! does not currently use advertising networks or third-party analytics services in the game.

4. Third-party services

The game is distributed through Apple's App Store and may be installed and tested through TestFlight. Apple operates those services independently and handles data according to Apple's own privacy policies and terms.

5. Deleting your game data

Because game progress and preferences are stored locally, deleting the OH NO, TRAINS! app from your device removes the game's locally stored data, subject to any device-level backup or restore mechanisms provided by Apple.

OH NO, TRAINS! does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults. The game does not require users to provide personal information in order to play.
